So once again, because it is content based on the Lord of the Rings novels, it is owned by the Saul Zaentz company, which owns Middle-Earth enterprises, perhaps if they didn't answer then you could send an email directly to the Saul Zaentz company on their website, but on their website in the liscencing area it states that any liscencing inquiries related to Tolkien based materials should be directed to the Middle-Earth Enterprises page, so it's just a big circle really.
